St Andrews Lakes in Kent is a former quarry which has been transformed into a beautiful blue lake reserve, featuring sandy beaches and offering a range of water and land based family activities.
We delivered 2 x one bedroom FP250s and 4 x two bedroom FP310 houseboats to this stunning site, and each houseboat has been installed with their very own decking areas and private hot tubs!
Finished in slick anthracite metal cladding, with composite decking and stainless steel post & wire handrails to the exterior, these Floating Pods fit seamlessly into their new lakeside environment.
Internally, they have all been finished to the usual high Bluefield standard. This includes an open plan living area with fitted kitchen (combi oven, hob and fridge), high quality flooring, internal doors with rebate, skirting and architrave, a fully compliant bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and shower, built in storage, sliding double glazed doors and a waste transfer tank and pump.
