Bluefield Houseboats is delighted to have the delivered the first B500 floating changing / shower facility to Sutton Harbour Marina in Plymouth. These units are perfect for marinas or riversides where additional amenities are required but where no further land is available for development.
The B500 is a state-of-the-art modular floating unit offering a functional and sustainable commercial solution, and was prefabricated in our factory in Northern Ireland before being delivered to site for a quick and simple installation. Since this unit is RCD-compliant, it is classified as a vessel and can be moored in a standard marina berth.
This modern commercial B500 floating unit features 5 standard shower/changing rooms plus 1 fully accessible room, offering the ultimate in convenience and comfort, and provided the perfect solution to Sutton Harbour to upgrade their on-site guest facilities without the lengthy process of building on land.
The B500 is available in 2 exterior designs, offering options based on either the Bluefield M Series with PPC aluminium cladding and flat roof with optional roof terrace, or the C Series with powder coated (PPC) aluminium cladding and pitched roof.
