We supplied and delivered a C310 houseboat to Carrickreagh Bay on Lower Lough Erne to sit near one of our already installed C250 houseboats. The sympathetic design and clever use of materials mean that this floating pod fits seamlessly into its new lakeland environment, only lightly touching the site with minimal infrastructure. The houseboat is accessed via a gangway to the shore. Internally, the accommodation is bright and airy with full height ceilings and sliding patio doors that open out onto the front balcony where you can really appreciate the view that this special location has to offer.
Perfect for relaxing or entertaining, the open plan kitchen, dining, living area is spacious with lots of natural light. The kitchen is fitted with a combi oven, hob and fridge and the fully compliant bathroom has a toilet, wash hand basin and shower. As well as the main double bedroom, there is also an additional single / bunk bedroom. With the addition of a double sofa bed in the living area, the C310 can sleep 2-6 people, and is ideal for a family with young children.
