Due to the popularity of the Floating Pod 250 houseboat, we are now delighted to announce the introduction of a 2 bedroom version, the FP500, to extend the range.

This larger unit has again been designed for inland waterways and lakes, with the same pod–like aesthetic as the FP250, but with a more spacious interior encompassing two bedrooms and a bathroom, in order to accommodate a larger family.  There is an open plan living / dining area with a fully functional kitchen, making the FP500 a perfect self catering option for 4-6 people.

Externally, the composite decking and slick cladding means this houseboat fits seamlessly within a parkland environment. 

The FP500 is perfect for a family holiday rental, or weekend home from home, and is available in anthracite, goose grey or terracotta as part of our standard specification.

Design Director, Jonny Baird commented, "At Bluefield we recognised a gap in the market for a larger sized unit in the FP Series and the FP500 will definitely fill that gap.  These floating pods, even though they are our lowest priced houseboats, still offer the same Bluefield quality of living on water, as on land.  No compromise!"
